Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CreatorCast ("the Service"), operated by CreatorCast ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
3. What the Service does
CreatorCast helps brands discover creators, send outreach, manage replies, track deals and content submissions, monitor view counts on public posts, and process payouts to creators via third-party payment processors. We are a tool that facilitates these workflows — we are not a party to any agreement between you and a creator, and we do not guarantee the outcome, quality, or performance of any creator content or partnership.
4. Your data and creator data
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect, store, and contact the creator information you upload or that creators submit through your onboarding link, including complying with applicable email marketing and data protection laws (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or the Australian Privacy Act) in the jurisdictions where you operate.
5. Subscription and billing
Access to the Service is billed at $299/month, charged in advance through Stripe Checkout to the payment method on file. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by contacting us; cancelling stops future billing, and access continues until the end of the period already paid for. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
6. Payouts to creators
Payouts to creators are processed through Stripe Connect, separately from your own subscription billing. You are responsible for confirming payout amounts before they are sent; the Service requires manual confirmation for CPM and affiliate-based payouts and does not auto-charge based on view counts. We are not responsible for delays, failures, or disputes arising from Stripe's processing, currency conversion, or a creator's own account setup.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers (including Apify, Google, Nylas, Anthropic, CreatorCrawl, and Stripe) to provide its functionality. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or acts or omissions.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email in violation of applicable law, to harass creators, to misrepresent your brand, or to attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorCast will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost creator relationships, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
